Garden Table Reviews is an internal tool used by the owner of Garden Table, a restaurant located at Jl. Pura Masuka No.31, Ungasan, Bali, Indonesia. It is not a public service: the only person who signs in and uses it is the owner of the business.
What data we access
With the owner's explicit consent, the tool uses the Google Business Profile API (scope business.manage) to read the customer reviews left on the restaurant's own Google Business Profile, and to publish replies to those reviews on behalf of the business. This includes the review text, star rating, reviewer display name and the date of the review, as shown publicly on Google Maps and Google Search.
We do not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any Google data unrelated to the restaurant's own Business Profile.
How we use it
Reviews are stored in our private database so the owner can see them in one place, and so that a reply can be drafted, edited and approved before it is published. Replies are published only after the owner reviews and approves the text. Nothing is posted automatically.
To draft a suggested reply, the text of a review may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic processes it solely to generate the draft and does not use it to train models. No other third party receives this data.
Storage, sharing and retention
Data is stored in a private, access-controlled database hosted on Supabase. Access is restricted to the business owner's authenticated account. We do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising. Public reviews may be quoted on the restaurant's own website.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data is retained only while the tool is in use. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page, and on request we will delete the stored copy of the review data.

К каким данным есть доступ
С явного согласия владельца инструмент через Google Business Profile API (область доступа business.manage) читает отзывы, оставленные на собственном профиле ресторана, и публикует ответы на них от лица бизнеса. Это текст отзыва, оценка, отображаемое имя автора и дата — всё то, что и так публично видно в Google Картах и поиске.
Доступа к почте, диску, контактам и календарю у инструмента нет.
Как используются
Отзывы хранятся в закрытой базе, чтобы владелец видел их в одном месте и мог подготовить, отредактировать и утвердить ответ. Ответ публикуется только после утверждения владельцем — автоматической публикации нет.
Для подготовки черновика текст отзыва может отправляться в Claude API (Anthropic), который обрабатывает его исключительно для генерации черновика и не использует для обучения моделей. Другим третьим лицам данные не передаются.
Хранение и передача
Данные хранятся в закрытой базе на Supabase с ограниченным доступом — только аутентифицированный аккаунт владельца. Мы не продаём и не передаём эти данные и не используем их для рекламы. Публичные отзывы могут цитироваться на сайте ресторана.
Использование данных, полученных через Google API, соответствует Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.
Данные хранятся только пока инструмент используется. Доступ можно отозвать в любой момент на странице разрешений Google-аккаунта; по запросу сохранённая копия отзывов будет удалена.
